The solution is hosted on DiMETRO AWS Server. It is fully integrated to your TIPT telephone service. No mobile app available.

The solution is hosted on a DiMETRO AWS Server and accessed from any browser on any device.

Can I request custom features or adjustments on your software?

All DiMETRO products have evolved by listening to customer requirements and requests. DiMETRO encourages customers to “dare to dream” to make the solutions meet their needs.

Do I need to purchase any hardware or equipment?

No additional hardware is required beyond the usual PC or smartphone.

What telephony systems does it integrate with?

DiMETRO is exclusively integrated to the Cisco Broadsoft platform used by major global Telcos including Telstra.

What devices does it work with?

iOS, Android, Windows, Mac.

Will I be given training or a training manual?

Most solutions include training and a user guide is provided for each solution.

How does your support work?

Support is provided by lodging a support request on our website. Click here to lodge a support ticket.

Who does the setup and installation?

Initial setup is included as part of the deployment. 

Is there regular maintenance and updates required? Do you do those, or must we do the updates?

Regular updates are required and are provided by DiMETRO and are applied by the customer in conjunction with DiMETRO Support.

How does your pricing work?

DiMETRO products are charged on a one-off setup fee and a monthly usage charge. The usage charge is based on users or extensions based on the product. Please contact us for details.

How many users can I have?

There is no theoretical limit to the number of users.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. DiMETRO is committed to treating customers with respect and will not hide any fees.

How can we pay?

Payment is typically billed by your Telstra partner.

Are there annual licence fees?

Yes. All ongoing billing is based on a monthly fee rolled up to a 12-month total. Additional licences added are charged a monthly pro-rata fee to align with the annual billing date.

Are payments annual or monthly?

Most products are billed annually in advance, but monthly billing is also supported.

Is my data safe?

Yes, all data and solutions are hosted in a secure AWS data centre in Australia.

Can I export data to Excel?

Some applications allow data export to Excel.

What kind of reporting is available?

All applications include an inbuilt suite of reports that are accessed via the relevant web portal.
