FAQs

How does your pricing work?

DiMETRO products are charged on a one-off setup fee and a monthly usage charge. The usage charge is based on users or extensions based on the product. Please contact us for details.

All ongoing billing is based on a monthly fee rolled up to a 12-month total. Additional licences added are charged a monthly pro-rata fee to align with the annual billing date.

Most products are billed annually in advance, but monthly billing is also supported.

Can I use my own branding?

Some of the solutions can be branded with a customers brand. Contact DiMETRO for details

Will you install the software, or do we?

The mobile app is downloaded from the App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android.

The supporting web portal is hosted on a DiMETRO AWS Server and accessed from any browser on any device.

What are the system and hardware requirements?

iOS 12 or later, Android or later

PC’s require Windows 10 or later. Mac’s require any version that supports Parallels.
